The Manager Campaigns & Branding’s objective is to collaborate, plan, execute and optimize advertising campaigns across different channels to promote Telecom products/services and enhance brand visibility. This person must uphold Telecom’s Brand image and ensure that campaigns are in line with best advertising principles and within guidelines. This person should also have excellent analytical skills and a proven track record of driving results through advertising initiatives. Oversee the production of branding materials and point-of-sale (POS) merchandise, ensuring high quality, consistency, and timely delivery. Responsible for ensuring the successful execution of events and sponsorship branding, encompassing meticulous planning, coordination, and integration of branding elements to maximize visibility and resonates with the target audience.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy and Planning – Collaborate with the product teams to develop advertising campaigns and plans aligned with business objectives. Identify target audiences, define key messages, and select appropriate advertising channels and platforms to reach and engage potential customers.
- Creative Development – Work with creative teams, designers, and copywriters to develop compelling and effective creative advertising, including ad copy, visuals, and multimedia content.
Requirements
- A Degree in Marketing and/or Information Technology from a recognized tertiary institution. Master’s in Business Administration or marketing management.
- Minimum 5-years of progressive relevant experience in similar role.
- Proven experience in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
- Proficient with online marketing and social media strategy, metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
