MANAGER MARKETING AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Walesi is seeking applications for the role of Manager Marketing & Customer Experience.

Key Functions

• Craft strategies for Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative aspects ensuring brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts

• Help define the outreach strategy development and collaboration with partner organizations

• Develop Sponsorship strategies and activation plans, ensuring optimum delivery of benefits

• Managing marketing operations to effectively plan and manage annual Marketing plan delivering desired commercial impact

• Continuously seek and capitalize on opportunities to exceed customer expectations by understanding and effectively resolving customer-impacting issues in a professional manner

• Responsible for managing escalations from customers to ensure that there is an amicable outcome in line with the business expectations

• Ensure that all staff receive performance management feedback and implementing staff developmental plans

• Collaborate with other business units towards overall organisational goals and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications and Experience

• Self-starter with go-getter attitude and qualities

• 3+ year’s experience managing Marketing and Business Development functions

• Degree in Business Management/Marketing

• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, including product marketing, proven execution across Digital channels and brand management

• Leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
