VACANCY: 35/2022 Manager Marketing

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for providing guidance to our marketing team by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating marketing plans to those involved, and building and positioning the Telecom brand.

Requirements
Key Accountabilities:

Identify target audiences, and develop marketing strategies, design marketing plans and implement marketing campaigns, with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
Collaborate with other internal stakeholders in developing and deploying successful marketing campaigns and owning the implementation process from idea generation to execution.
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
Analyze consumer behavior and adjust advertising campaigns accordingly.
Assess and evaluate sponsorships in accordance with Telecom procedures & guidelines to ensure maximum benefit for Telecom.
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
Manage and oversee the design and production of promotional materials and advertisements
Manage all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, analyzing metrics and identify and report on trends.
Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
Oversee the management and execution of all company sponsored events to ensure maximum brand mileage and visibility.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor Degree in marketing, communications or related discipline.
Five years of relevant work experience with demonstrated skills in communications and public relations.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Ability to network and grow professional relationship with media partners and other key stakeholders.
Experience in event planning and management.
Strong analytical skills.
