Requirements/Qualifications

10+ years experience in international Christian leadership & discipleship

Strong youth/community teaching & mentoring background

Cross-cultural ministry experience preferred

Master’s in Theology or equivalent

Completion of Canaan Leadership Program (or equivalent)
