Rosie Holidays based in Nadi is Fiji’s leading Inbound tour operator with over 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry. We are looking for suitably qualified and experienced individuals to join our China Department as a Mandarin-Speaking Reservations Consultant / Tour Guide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and escort Chinese Groups and Chinese VIP’s on their itinerary
- Process bookings in the China Reservations system
- Translate Mandarin and English vice versa
- Attend to special needs and requirements of Chinese guests
Knowledge, Skills and Qualification:
- Tertiary Qualification or equivalent
- Be proficient in the use of personal computers and Microsoft Suite of applications as well as social and business-related apps
- Previous experience as a Tour Guide
An attractive remuneration package is offered commensurate with work experience and qualifications.
