We are seeking a self-motivated, energetic and dynamic individual looking for a long-term career growth opportunity to join our Marketing Team in the following position.

Marketing Officer – Sports & Tourism (Head Office – Nadi)

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Planning traditional and digital marketing campaigns, including web, email, social media and display advertising;
Plan, strategize and manage our engagements & sponsorships with various sporting organisations we work with;
Maintaining our social media presence across relevant digital channels;
Administer new strategies on how to optimize new social media/ digital platforms;
Assist in communication strategy, operations and projects;
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights;
Develop income-generating initiatives and grow fan engagement;
Maintain effective communication with both internal and external parties; and
Assist in special projects as directed by a senior team member.

Qualifications and Experience:

A degree/diploma level qualification with a relevant experience as Marketing Officer or similar role;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Preferably some experience in public relations & media;
Analytical thinking, problem-solving, organizational skills, initiative, team player;
Preferably some experience with content management, content development and creation;
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the organization’s success;
Ability to work under pressure, ensuring compliance with deadlines, establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with all staff; and
Candidate must possess commercial and business awareness.
