Hiways Stabilizers requires qualified and experienced Heavy Mobile Plant Mechanics for immediate start.

The applicants must be experienced, highly motivated, heavy plant tradespersons and be able to work unsupervised at a very high level of competence.
Hiways Stabilizers expects its employees to maintain an impeccable safety record and to be productive on every shift.

Key Duties:

• Maintain a safety first attitude
• Primarily include maintenance, repair and service work to a variety of equipment and machines including, graders, soil stabilisers, trucks, light
  vehicles, generators, plate compactors etc
• Rebuild machines components
• Attend to breakdowns

Qualification and Experience:

• Form 6 pass with relevant trade Certificate
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with sound mechanical knowledge
• Completion of Apprenticeship is essential
• Basic electrical knowledge will be an advantage
• Good knowledge and understanding of Occupational Health and Safety procedures
• Must have a valid driving license with clean record
