JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
GO2 Solutions, a locally owned company provides a comprehensive array of Managed Services, Outsource Service Desks and Business Processes that organizations are looking to outsource.

We seek an energetic Support Technician with a positive attitude to join our team. This presents an excellent opportunity for skill and knowledge expansion as we advance together.

Work Type: Full-Time for Fiji Citizens only.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday according to Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) incurring after hours when required.

Requirements: The candidate most suitable for the role will:

Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A high customer service focus.
Be well presented.
Ability to work independently and unsupervised.
Motivated to learn and grow the business.
2 years experience within a similar role, with a focus on systems.

 

 

Technical ability including:

Microsoft 365 Administration and Migration.
Microsoft SharePoint Administration.
Microsoft DLP/ AIP Experience.
Microsoft Intune Experience.
Microsoft Windows Server Maintenance.
Microsoft IIS/ Web Server Maintenance.
Microsoft Remote Desktop Server Administration.
Experience in administering Microsoft Server and Desktop environments.
Industry or Vendor Qualifications (desirable but not essential).

 

Responsibilities:

This is an escalation role that will assist with the troubleshooting of issues within the client base of In-depth, although may required to assist with inbound customer calls and tickets. The employee will be responsible for guiding the client through necessary steps to resolve issues presented (via telephone and/ or remote-control tools), if unable to resolve, escalating the issue to the senior technical support team or 3rd party within a timely matter.

 

 

Responsibilities include:

Project works within the scope listed under ‘Technical Ability’.
Logging, prioritising, and managing issues in our Helpdesk system.
Accurately recording time against all tasks in our Helpdesk system.
Developing and maintaining customer system documentation (in conjunction with senior support technicians).
·Performing system and network administration and project work.
·Responding and actioning alerts from our monitoring and management system.
