The Multi-media Journalist we seek must be able to work as part of a team in a deadline driven environment. He/She must have initiative and be self-starters. Applicants must be able to work weekends and cover late assignments. We have a strong daily commitment to Training and Development. Requirements
- Strong skills in spoken and written English ;
- Ability to work fast and accurately under deadline pressure;
- A minimum of a first degree- not necessarily in journalism;
- Ability to do on-the-ground reporting and digital-first storytelling
- Should be able to carry out Print-to-digital adaptation and content management
- Broad knowledge of audience engagement with usage of social media.
