- Carry out duties specific to the assigned role (HR & Compliance Officer, Reservation Agent, Accounts Officer, Barmen, Room Attendants, F&B Cashiers, F&B Waiter/Waitress, Night Auditor, Group 4 Drivers/Porter, Guest Service Agent, Hotel Maintenance Staff, Hotel Security, Sales Consultant, Audit Officer, or IT Officer).
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in a hotel / resort environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Immaculate presentation and grooming standards.
- Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays.
- The capability to work in a fast paced environment both as part of a team and individually.
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
- Must be effective at listening to, understanding and have customer caring attitude.
