JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Competent and ambitious person required for keeping correspondence and office organised.
Tasks are a mixture of administrative, logistical and assistant type duties while supporting our Australian Head office for optimal productivity and assist with company to run smooth.
Duties/Responsibility Day to day audits on reports particularly when more advanced , skilled or sensitive work required.
Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to Company’s policy plus attending to daily emails, scheduling meetings with clear communication and written skills.
Suitable person to have below skills:
Proven administrative expereince
Clear command of English both verbal and written
Proficient in Microsoft with aptitude to learn new software and systems
High School Certificate/Diploma
Solid Interpersonal skills
Please note not an Accounting role or students looking to gain experience, applicants to live close to Suva due to at times after hours work required.
