JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
The office assistant will be responsible for the following:-
- Filing
- Typing
- Photocopying
- Scanning
- Binding of documents
- Information retrieval
- Liaising with clients for accounts signing
- Attending to lodgment of documents with FRCS
- Follow up with relevant authorities
- Ordering and stocktake of Stationery
Qualification and Experience
- Computing qualifications or experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Sound planning and organisation skills
- Able to work as a team player with minimum supervision
- Excellent typing skills with knowledge of all main software – word, excel and myob
