ONLINE ANALYST
Rosie Outsourcing is working with its international clients worldwide to deliver a wide range of remote managed services and outsourced solutions to enable the clients ongoing success of their respective core business activities. We have a great opportunity for passionate, innovative, and self-driven individuals to join our dynamic outsourcing team in NADI.
Reporting to the Stream Delivery Manager this role is expected to focus on the set up and configuration of online booking tools, Serko and Cytric.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure online booking tools based on customer requirements
- Investigating and resolving issues raised from customer support, users or through application monitoring
- Ensure clear and accurate communication to application owners and users regarding application releases, issues, and other support information
- Manage change and the successful deployment of application maintenance (bug fix) releases
- Maintain a strong understanding of the business and their current challenges and objectives
- Determine requirements and document these in a form that can be used to design and develop systems changes
What we require from you:
- Degree in computer science, information systems, or relevant field
- Prior experience as an online analyst or in a similar position
- Strong IT and aptitude
- Systems and process focus, ideally with some travel expertise
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non- technical teams
