The Impact You Will Make: Rosie Outsourcing is searching for a dynamic Operations Manager, to join our growing outsourcing business and help lead our people and the daily operations. We want someone who cares about this important work, and who’s
driven to connect to our mission of helping our clients achieve excellence in their services to their customers.

You will be responsible for managing internal and external relationships with our people, the Rosie Outsourcing leadership team, and our international clients across our outsourcing business to ensure that KPls are consistently achieved and to drive the continual improvement of our people in alignment with client expectations. This role reports into the Group General Manager, Rosie Travel Group and will have the opportunity to work on diverse team initiatives supporting the goals of Rosie Outsourcing in its
strategic plans.

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in either Commerce, Management or ICT disciplines required
A minimum of 5 years experience in leading and managing high achieving teams and experience in an outsourcing business leadership environment would be preferred
Experience with People resourcing, development and career guidance
Good experience with negotiations, managing people, conflict resolution
Analytical and management reporting skills and experience
Excellent understanding of the broad outsourcing business landscape
Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
Ability to prioritize needs and handle a high volume of tasks within tight timelines
Ability to build networks and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Experience in using GDS systems, Travel Technology systems would be an advantage
