OPERATIONS MANAGER

South Sea Cruises Group (SSCG) is Fiji’s most experienced and award-winning marine tourism operator offering a range of award-winning products and services throughout the stunning Mamanuca & Yasawa Islands. SSCG operates a modern fleet of fast catamarans, an overnight cruise ship, a modern sailing catamaran, an array of smaller vessels. SSCG also operates Fiji’s two most popular day trip islands.

Role Overview:

This role is responsible for the full oversight of Marine, Coach Operations & vessel based Hospitality Services across SSCG’s marine and tourism portfolio. The role ensures operational efficiency, service excellence and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, support & manage marine and hospitality crew operations & rosters

• Respond to operational emergencies, breakdowns and stakeholder updates

• Drive SOP compliance and high standards of vessel presentation

• Oversee all F&B, activities, events & housekeeping for all fast catamarans (ferries)

• Manage coach operations to enhance customer experience.

Role Requirements:

• 2 – 5 years experience in a dynamic, multi property operational role

• Strong leadership & communication across large, diverse teams

• Experience working in high volume passenger or customers

• Diploma or higher in Hospitality Management, Marine or related field.
