Situated in central Suva, BTR (Fiji) Limited specializes in delivering outsourced business services to overseas organizations. Currently, our Australian client, Zweck Group is actively recruiting Operations Officers for our Suva-based office, and we are on the lookout for highly efficient and experienced individuals. Responsibilities Include:

· Precision and Accuracy: Demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and thoroughness in completing assigned tasks.

· Communication Management: Proficiently handling both external and internal communication or management systems.· Administrative Tasks: Efficiently managing clerical and other administrative responsibilities.

· Call Management: Effectively overseeing incoming and outgoing calls.

· Workload Management: Skilfully managing personal workloads and adeptly setting priorities.

· Team Collaboration: Actively participating in a team-based environment.

 

The successful applicant must have:

 

· Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills: Exhibiting exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

· Effective Written Communication: Demonstrating proficient written communication skills.

· Interpersonal Skills: Displaying strong interpersonal skills for effective communication and relationship-building.

· High-Level Computer Skills: Possessing advanced computer skills and familiarity with various databases.

· Previous Administration Experience: Having prior experience in an administrative role.

· Adaptability to Fast-Paced Environments: Successfully working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting with multiple stakeholders expecting simultaneous service.

· Friendly and Outgoing Personality: Maintaining a friendly and outgoing demeanour to effectively interact and build relationships with employees and consultants.

· Independent and Team Player: Showing the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.

· Multitasking and Pressure Handling: Effectively multitasking and maintaining composure under pressure to meet deadlines.

· Detail-Oriented and Lateral Thinking: Possessing a keen eye for detail and the ability to assess problems with a lateral thinking approach.

· Administrative Efficiency: Completing administrative tasks related to servicing and resolving customer and staff requests with focus and efficiency.

 

Duties

 

· Managing Customer Enquiries: Skillfully handling both inbound and outbound customer enquiries using available contact centre systems and programs.

· Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrating excellence in customer service in adherence to BTR and client policies, procedures, and values.

· Identifying Customer Needs: Proficiently identifying customer needs, upselling additional products/services, and providing personalized service in alignment with quality and training directives.

· Administrative Efficiency: Completing administrative tasks related to servicing and resolving customer requests with focus and efficiency.

· Queue Management: Maintaining efficient control of queues to ensure smooth operations.

· Professional Handling of Complaints: Dealing with customer complaints in a professional manner, following BTR and client guidelines.

· Flexibility in Duties: Willingness to perform any other duties as reasonably requested by the employer, team lead, or leaders.

· The role is full time with potential for overtime. We require demonstrated reliability and flexibility in working shift work 24/7.
