JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Williams & Gosling Pte Ltd, a market leader in freight and logistics, is part of a wider group of companies owned by Neptune Pacific Direct Line, a sister Company to FlJl Water. We are seeking to employ a Packer/Driver role based at our CFS Depot, Wailekutu.
Here’s what you’ll do
- Assist Removals team with household removals, local and intemational moves
- Assist with the crating and packing of personal effects
- Support team with the relocation of ATM’s, safes, and other local office moves
- Assist with the coordination of packing material
- Assist team with the packing and removal of household and other items
- Assist team with building of crates for export
- Support team with driving of 5 Tonne Truck for pick-ups and deliveries
- Ensure general cleanliness and maintenance of vehicle
- Ensure proper stacking of household items for safe transportation
- Observing all OHS rules while carrying out job responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:
- Hold a valid Group 2 and 6 Divers License
- Keen on physical and outdoor work
- Be of good health to handle the physical requirements of the position
- Secondary School pass or equivalent
- General knowledge of the freight/shipping industry preferred but not desirable
- Practical packing skills including safety awareness an added advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English
