Carpenters Motors, a division of Carpenters Fiji Pte Limited and recognized leader in the Motoring Industry in Fiji, is seeking applications from interested candidates for the role of Panel Manager to be based at Carpenters Motors- Paint & Panel Workshop in Lautoka If you believe you are ready to join our dynamic team then we want to hear from you!

 

Responsibilities:

Applies prevention control for department staff absenteeism and focus on a high level of staff productivity and efficiency.
Continuous support to increase sales opportunities within the panel operations.
Ensure security is maintained at the highest level of all workshop assets such as tooling and equipment, paint and material stock.
Manages the total core components of the Panel appointment, reception, repair order, dispatch and production, quality control and delivery system standard operating procedures.
Maintain positive working association with insurance companies and their assessors at all times. Negotiate company win/win on all repair assessment under review.
Conduct regular analysis of market competitors and market conditions.

 

Requirements:

Trade Diploma in Automotive Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of work experience in similar field.
Excellent verbal and written communication
Good analytical skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Good leadership and people management skills.
Valid Group 2 driving license
