Key Responsibilities
- Attend to the Bank’s conveyancing matters, including managing legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements
- Prepare security documentation and legal instruments with a high degree of accuracy to ensure the Bank’s interests are adequately protected
- Ensure timely lodgment of security documents for registration
- Manage and control inward and outward settlements, including issuing instructions to solicitors
- Liaise effectively with the Bank’s panel of solicitors, statutory and government bodies, and internal business units to ensure efficient delivery of legal services
- Attend to the discharge of securities and settlements with relevant parties in a timely manner
