Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of People & Culture in delivering employee engagement programs that strengthen workplace culture.
  • Facilitate recruitment and placement of resort based employees.
  • Assist in delivery of learning and development programs.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure emergency response processes and compliance with company policies, permits, and legislative requirements.
  • Regular travel to the resort to actively support employee experience and engagement.

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HRM/Business Admin with at least 4 years work experience in a hospitality setting.
  • Practical application of ERA legislation and relevant industry acts are essential.
