Personal Assistant (Suva)
Maintaining diaries and Replying to emails
Arranging appointments and Taking messages
Assist in Filing and Organising meetings
Implementing and maintaining procedures / administrative systems
Preparing Letters, presentations and reports
Daily job reporting to the Director
