Key Responsibilities
- Provide clear directions and set performance expectations for the plumbing team.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business growth.
- Manage financial performance, budgeting and forecasting.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders.
- Manage and optimize administrative and technical functions.
- Oversee the integration of new technologies into the business.
- Develop and implement efficient processes for project management, data organization and team collaboration.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the Plumbing Industry. Minimum 10 years’ experience.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Financial acumen and understanding of business operations.
- A commitment to quality and customer service.
- Knowledge of project management tools and software for the Simpro system. Minimum 2-3 years’ experience.
- Familiar with cloud computing and IT systems management.
