What is the job?
At the moment we are looking for a Porter to join our team at Front Office.
In this role, you’ll offer our discerning guests an unforgettable luxury experience. You’ll provide information and assistance to our guests and ensuring the highest standard of service and professionalism at all times. You’ll provide for guests’ luggage storage needs by accepting, tagging & retrieving checked luggage. Assist door and bell staff during the check-in & check-out peak periods.
As an ambassador of the Resort, you’ll develop and build positive relationships with out guests to ensure that their stay is memorable. You’ll also have the ability to offer insightful and bespoken recommendations based on individual guest preference and be able to maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to best serve and facilitate guest requests.
What do we need from you?
Our ideal candidate will be warm, friendly and cheerful, approachable with an enthusiastic attitude and have sound knowledge of the local culture and environment. Ideally, you’ll have a Certificate or a Diploma in Hospitality with previous experience in a similar role.
