What is the job?
We are looking for passionate people who are charming, confident and internationally minded being our next Porter at the Crowne Plaza Fiji Nadi Bay Resort & Spa.

Just like our hotels, no two colleagues are the same. We’re curious about you. How will you inspire the eclectic rhythm in our hotel?

 

A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different at IHG, but you’ll mostly be:

Greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from the hotel.
Be responsible for transferring and storing guest luggage and responding to guest requests in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Retrieve and transport guest luggage.
Inspect guest rooms and acquaint guests with these rooms and their features.
Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Organize and store luggage, as needed, according to the resort guidelines.
Assist in the maintenance, appearance, and functionality of the lobby/front desk area.
Assist with other duties as assigned.
What we expect from you:
Positive attitude and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours.
Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
Commitment to responding to Guest requests and delivering high levels of service.
Excellent grooming standards.
Will be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
