JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Design Co-ordination
Estimating
Project Co-ordination, Control and Administration to construction stage
Co-ordination, Liaison and Administration of Suppliers, Contractors, Consultants and Client to construction stage
Document and Procurement Control
Cost and Tender Estimation, Analysis, Negotiation and Budget Preparation
Preparation of Tender, Scoping and BOQ documents
Compilation and Administration of Multiple Forms of Contract
The following experience and skills required:
Project Management or Commercial Management Degree or similar qualification
Minimum of 10 years’ in the construction industry with majority of experience in commercial developments
Good knowledge of Construction Contracts
Must be able to read plans and specifications
Be prepared to travel for extended durations
Must be proficient in the Microsoft Suite as a minimum
Police clearance to be provided by successful applicant
