You will be responsible for creating holiday packages using costing sheets, creating and delivering the campaigns and sales support material for the Product Team and provide additional assistance to the Product Team as required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Produce package costings and all sales support material for all destinations in a timely and accurate manner
Data entry into excel based costing sheets to create holiday packages
Produce sales support material within required timeframes
Load deals on websites and ensure all deals are live at the commencement of campaigns
Support the Heads & Product Assistants during campaign production as required
Resolve queries and problems ina timely manner
Upload deals to external Tourism Board websites as required
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU:
Knowledge of the process of travel product procurement
Knowledge and experience of the wholesale travel process
Confident Microsoft excel skills
Exceptional attention to detail and quality control
Be website savvy, including back-end loading
Strong time management and be able to work autonomously
Focused on task completion to meet deadlines
Working knowledge of GDS systems preferably Amadeus
Knowledge of creative designing software will be an added advantage
