- Proven experience in production planning, management, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and production planning software (preferred).
- Ability to analyze production data and develop actionable strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Production Management, or a related field (preferred).
