TAILEVU HOLDINGS COMPANY PTE LIMITED

POSITION: PROJECT MANAGER

Tailevu Holdings Company Pte. Limited (THCPL) is embarking on upgrading and redevelopment of its flagship building Ratu Cakobau House, situated in Nausori Town. THCPL is looking for a Project Manager to manage the project delivery.

Responsibilities

Reviewing and negotiating contract terms with all professionals and the construction team engaged to the project
Overall responsibility for quality assurance, document preparation and coordination, project management and ensuring timely project implementation.
Supervise and oversee the project, its progress and ensuring that the work and progress is in accordance to the construction timeline and budget.
Ensuring that the project is undertaken in accordance with contractual arrangements and approved drawings.
Obtain construction permits and licenses
Ensuring that all construction practices adhere to the government guidelines, protocols and the National Building Code
Collaborating and coordinating with stakeholders, both internal and extemal vendors
Maintaining and presenting a detailed report on the construction project and provide periodical project reports as per the contract
Ensuring that all occupational health and safety at work standards are being enforced

Knowledge, Education & Training

At least 5 years of experience with a proven track of managing the construction of commercial buildings.
Possess knowledge of construction management and its best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management, property management or a related field would be an advantage
Fluency in software programs related to construction management, including project management software
Knowledge of rules, regulations and laws related to the construction and building industry such as the National Building Code, OHSAW and Public Health Act.

Strong team management, leadership skills and people skills
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills and the ability to identify issues and proactively take the necessary actions to prevent, rectify or resolve issues and disputes in an efficient manner;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Project budgeting, resource management, estimation, scheduling and coordination
Proven risk management experience in construction projects

SALARY

Remuneration will be negotiated with the Company, to match your skills, experience, and contribution.
