Pepper Advantage Hub (Fiji) is seeking for an experienced Project Support Analyst who will be responsible for project delivery across the business including on-boarding of new clients, delivering Caseman, Phoebus and Proflow enhancements and other projects for IT, Residential & CRE Operations, Finance, HR, and Compliance & Operational Risk divisions. Ensuring the quality of the solutions delivered is a critical part of the project and purpose of this role is to support the Project/Change Managers on critical projects. The Project Support Analyst role will involve managing the administrative functions of key projects and programs. They will oversee the project’s daily functions including management of key actions and tasks to ensure deadlines and requirements are met. This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the business.

 

Responsibilities:

Working with Project Managers / Head of Client Change / Client Change Managers to support the efficient execution of both internal and client facing projects including workshop /meeting facilitation and organisation, documentation of minutes and actions and project reporting.
Logging the Client Change requests and keeping the tickets up to date as the Change progresses.
Maintaining the Project artefacts and ensuring that relevant documentation is being kept up to date by the Project Team and stakeholders.
The Project Support Analyst will provide planning and control support for Project Managers.
The Project Support Analyst is responsible for reporting out on a Projects status to business stakeholders.
Setting up Meetings and completing meeting minutes. Tracking project actions through to completion.
Adhere to delivery deadlines, identifying and raising risks through appropriate channels.

 

Requirements:

Experience in working in project environments (desirable).
Proficient in taking notes, issuing, and tracking actions, meeting minutes, and preparing reports and slide decks.
Attention to detail to ensure accurate recording and reporting out.
Experienced in MS Office including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint,
Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
Able to work effectively at all levels in the organization.
Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively.
A proven track record of excellent communication skills with the ability to translate client requirements and develop client relationships.
