Pepper Advantage Hub (Fiji) is seeking for an experienced Project Support Analyst who will be involved in managing the administrative functions of key projects and programs. They will oversee the project’s daily functions including management of key actions and tasks to ensure deadlines and requirements are met. This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the business.

Responsibilities:

Working with Programme managers / Head of Project Delivery to support the efficient execution of both internal and client facing projects including workshop /meeting facilitation and organisation, documentation of minutes and actions and project reporting.
Maintaining the Project artefacts and ensuring that relevant documentation is being kept up to date by the project team and stakeholders.
The Project Support Analyst will provide planning and control support for Project Managers
The Project Support Analyst is responsible for ensure that all projects are set up in line with the approved Change Management Methodology and all appropriate processes are followed.
Responsible for maintaining Risk, Actions, Issues and Decisions logs (RAID logs).
Setting up Meetings and completing meeting minutes. Tracking project actions through to completion
Adhere to delivery deadlines, identifying and raising risks through appropriate channels.

Requirements:

Experience financial services, lending, mortgages.
Experience in working in project environments with some knowledge of Project Management Standards
Proficient in taking notes, issuing, and tracking actions, meeting minutes, and preparing reports and slide decks.
Experience in MS Office including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
Problem solving and root cause identification skills
Able to work effectively at all levels in the organization.
Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively.
A proven track record of excellent communication skills with the ability to translate client requirements and develop client relationships.
