Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement standardized project management processes, templates, and governance frameworks.
- Oversee project planning, execution, risk management, and reporting to senior management.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to project teams, promoting efficiency and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and other project management standards (PRINCE2, PMBOK).
- Collaborate closely with department heads, clients, and vendors to ensure project success.
- Support the Finance team in project budgeting, cost tracking, and billing activities.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation across all project delivery functions.
Requirements
- Hold a Degree in Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
- Have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management with proven leadership in managing enterprise-wide portfolios.
- Certificate in PMP will be an added advantage.
- Possess strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Have experience in business process improvement, change management, and innovation.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PMBOK will be an advantage.
- Be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must be willing to travel for project coordination and client engagements when required.
