Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various departments to identify and assess procurement needs.
- Source and evaluate suppliers for quality, price, and delivery timelines.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality compliance.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely approvals and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
- Process and verify purchase orders and invoices to ensure accurate and timely payment in accordance with company procurement procedures.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure reliable supply, favourable terms, and ongoing collaboration.
Requirements
- Qualification in Accounts and Procurement.
- 2 -3 years experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory systems
- Knowledge of Business Central software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
- Ability to handle work pressure and be flexible with working hours.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
