Role and Responsibilities
The QAM has the responsibility, authority and oversight of quality control programs and standards within the Sunflower Aviation ANR145C maintenance organisation.
Essential Job Functions:
. Promotes and fosters a safe and secure operating environment.
- Leadership, commitment and promotion of safety as a core value of the maintenance organisation.
- Responsibility, authority and oversight of Quality Control programs and standards to ensure compliance with CAAF and company policies and procedures.
- Authority and responsibility for audit functions.
- Ensures that all specified policies, practices and procedures are complied with, and follows company policies and procedures for completion of assigned duties.
- Maintains audit schedules.
- Schedules and supervises Technical Auditors in the performance of audits.
- Ensures compliance with regulations and company policies and procedures in accordance with the Sunflower Aviation Maintenance Manual at all maintenance facilities and contract maintenance providers.
- Assists in resolving any quality-related problems.
- Promotes and fosters a safe and secure operating environment.
- Adherence to all Company policies and procedures.
Education/Experience:
- Have held Airframe and Powerplant licences
- Minimum of two years’ experience in an ANR145C environment with an emphasis on inspection functions.
- Three to five year’s supervisory experience.
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to perform detailed work with numerical data and make arithmetic computations rapidly and accurately.
