QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER (Suva)

We, FASTKIL PEST CONTROL SERVICES PTE LTD require suitable candidates for the position of QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER to join our team based, Suva

The candidates must have previous related industry experience, highly motivated individuals, ability to:-

• Maintain and update the Quality plans as needed
• Responsible for compiling and reporting on quality results to the onsite management team
• Reviews quality measures and standards to modify as needed
• Performs scheduled and unscheduled audits to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Monitor and report on the progress and performance of employees as it relates to determining the effectiveness of the quality
• responsible for oversight of quality assurance and control for our client
• Developing and deliver training to assist team members with the procedures
• Ensure that delivery teams are working in line with the Quality Assurance plan, conducting regular site visits to avoid reworks and ensure strict quality standards are being met and maintained
• Able to work in flexible hours
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Handle heavy equipment and machinery
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Have a knowledge of HACCP system and better understanding ISO 9001:2015

Experience and Skills:
• Minimum 1 OR 2 years’ experience in related field
• Send monthly QA reports to clients
• Self-directed and capable of prioritizing and organizing workflows and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Possess the interpersonal skills to work with and contribute to teams and the intrapersonal skills to work independently
• Read, write and speak fluent English
