QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER – Ram Sami & Sons (Fiji) Pte Limited

The above position will be based in our QA department located at Makoi HQ and looks after QA functions of all our  Layer/Broiler Farms. This role directly reports to the QA supervisor.

Key Responsibilities will include:

·        Quality audits based on company procedures, ISO and HACCP standards

·        Procedures and general standards compliance monitoring

·        Audit report preparation

·        Audit report discussion with relevant HOD’s

·        Departmental compliance report preparation

·        Pre and post shed preparation inspection

·        Quality inspection of day-old chickens

·        Regulatory and animal welfare compliance monitoring

·        Perform post mortem analysis

·        Water quality testing

·        Continuous improvement ideas/recommendations

Key Competency Requirements:

·        Relevant qualification in Animal health or Animal husbandry or Veterinary science

·        1 year of work experience will be desirable but is not a prerequisite since full on-job training will be provided to the successful applicant. Fresh tertiary graduates are encouraged to apply
