RECEPTIONIST – Pipers Lodge

We are looking for a receptionist  to be experienced and capable in the various tasks across the motel business, this role base on reception, Laundry and room service, day-to-day operations

Requirement:

1. Applicants must have at least 3 years of receptionist or manager experience in 4-5  star hotel (we cannot sponsor your work visa if you don’t have)
2. Variable roster and will include evening, weekend, and public holiday hours.
3. Housekeeping or food and bavage experience is advance
4. Happy to be multiple tasks including receptionist, laundry and room service and kitchen hand.
5. Great customer service skills
6. A friendly and positive attitude
7. The ability to multi-task, show initiative, and keep calm under pressure
8. Administration and computer skills

Job description:

• Drive high levels of guest satisfaction through the consistent execution of service standards and initiatives, visible operational leadership and high interaction with guests
• Supervising the housekeeping, completing time sheets for housekeeping daily
• Multiple tasks, put your hand down to do all different types of work, including room service, laundry.
