The Opportunity
The Records Assistant – Generalist is an important position in the USP Records Management Office (RMO) which assists the Manager RMO with respect to finance, office administration and as generalist records management support for Help Desk services in the three sections; namely, Systems Administration, Classification, and Retention and Disposal. The appointee will assist in: – carrying out finance management tasks; The Person We Seek To be considered for this position, applicants must have: Preference will be given to applicants with working knowledge of business processes within a university environment. |

The position is available for a term of three years and may be renewed by mutual agreement. |
Salary Range: | FJ $11,623 to FJ $19,480 per annum | |
