Vuvale Outsourcing in Suva is seeking a highly organised and proactive Recruitment & HR Officer. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our internal support team, providing critical support to our Human Resources and Operations Department.

In Fiji, we operate a professional purpose fitted work environment in Nabua Suva, with local Human Resources management. You will be a part of the 45+ strong Vuvale team, but also part of an overall international team.

DETAILS:
Location: Suva, Fiji
Basis: Permanent Full-time
Roster: Monday to Friday – approx. 8am to 5pm

 

 

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with department heads and/or our clients.
Actively promote recruitment initiatives across the community – such as social media, Career Fairs, Online Advertisements, etc.
Coordinate recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and selection, or liaising with clients for final interviews and selection.
Manage new starter documentation, onboarding sessions, training programs, etc.
Maintain accurate employee records, documents, and policies.
Manage staff probation periods are successfully reviewed and completed in partnership with the clients, in partnership with the Client Success team, and Team Leaders.
Compile HR reports and assist with the compiling of attendance records for payroll.
Assist with administration aspects of the process undertaken by Team Leaders – e.g. Performance Reviews, Disciplinary Action, Grievance Resolution, Leave Approval, etc.
Promote Vuvale Outsourcing team culture and values.
Help organise employee engagement initiatives and company-wide events.
Manage the off-boarding process of employees.
Other duties as needed to fulfill the role.

 

 

Qualifications

12 months + working in an HR or Recruitment department A MUST
Tertiary qualification in HR or related fields (desirable)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
