Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet customers
- Achieve monthly personal sales targets
- Open and close car rental contracts both in the car rental system namely, Wizard and manually
- Monitor, track, and organize fleet availability on a daily basis
- Ensure that the fleet is prepared and maintained to the highest standards for our valued customers
- Ensuring proper and accurate cash reconciliation and banking are done
Requirements
- Tertiary level qualification in a similar field
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite such as MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook
- Must hold a clean and manual valid Driver’s License
- Should have flexibility to work outside of normal working hours
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience in a sales and customer service role would be an added advantage
