What is the Role?
Royal Davui Island Resort is a luxury 5-star resort located in the Beqa Lagoon region. Our dynamic Front Office team is looking for a friendly and professional Reservations Agent to join our valued family.
The ideal candidate will have previously work in reservations in a luxury resort environment and has a passion for delivering great customer service.
You’ll be responsible for all activities relevant to the reservations such as the entering and managing reservations and enquires via e-mail and phone, scheduling of activities, organizing transfers and speaking with travel agents.
Role Requirements
Strong communication & computer experience is essential to the role.
Fluency in English is essential as is the confidence to talk to guests over the phone.
Excellent customer service focused communication skills, both verbal and written.
Computer literacy in various applications and tools including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Windows.
Guest focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
