Reservations Agent
Handling of reservation bookings via telephone, email and internet with ability to use your sales expertise to maximise sales and problem solve
Training on property management systems will be provided as well as full product training.
Previous hotel experience essential
Knowledge of Micros Opera Reservations system an advantage
Data entry work required to maintain our guest database
Excellent written English skills and excellent customer service skills essential
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and Word and use of spreadsheets is required
Ability to work unsupervised and to liaise with clientele of all levels
