We are now looking for Reservations Consultant to support the travel consulting team in Australia for client domestic offline and online fulfillment. Must have travel industry and Global distribution system (GDS) experience. Booking domestic offline requests, presented by the client via email in accordance with the traveller policies and TMC processes and quality control checks, and Service Level Agreements, through the Global distribution system (GDS).

• Quoting and booking: air tickets, hotels including hotel chargebacks, car Hire including car hire chargebacks, transfers, ancillary segment bookings i.e., extra baggage / Seating and meal requests, special requests and visa advice / Covid-19 protocols – Sherpa;
• VIP quality checks;
• PNR quality control;
• Client invoicing;
• Booking amendments including reissue of airline tickets;
• GDS queue management;
• Profile management; and
• Level 1 client support – Password reset / Zeno workflow advice.

Essential Skills & Experiences

• At least 2 years of experience and knowledge in using a GDS (Amadeus or Sabre)
• Great attention to detail
• Experience in a Travel Management Company (preferred)
• Good knowledge of the travel industry
• Ticketing knowledge
• Experience with corporate clients
• Understanding of an online booking tool – Serko/Zeno
• Understanding of a mid-office system – Tramada
• Excellent communication skills: verbal and written
