What we require:

• Diploma or any relevant qualification and experiences in Reservations & Front Office
• 3 years an above experience of Reservations and Front Office
• Experience with hotel reservations and Knowledge of Roomaster System
• Willing to work flexible hours when needed
• Good customer service skills
• Good Communication Skills (Verbal and Oral) and organizational skills
