We the family of First Landing are looking for passionate Reservations and Front Office Staff
What we require:
- Diploma or any relevant qualification and experiences in Reservations & Front Office
- 3 years an above experience of Reservations and Front Office
- Experience with hotel reservations and Knowledge of Roomaster System
- Willing to work flexible hours when needed
- Good customer service skills
- Good Communication Skills (Verbal and Oral) and organizational skills
