JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Wellesley Resort which is situated along the Coral Coast is looking for an honest, reliable and experienced housekeeper.
Resort Housekeeper Job Responsibilities:
•perform cleaning duties in all guest areas and back of house
•consistently offers professional, friendly and engaging services
•ensures housekeeping department standards are followed
•responds timely to guests’ requests for miscellaneous items
•maintain inventory of necessary items
•reports necessary maintenance items
•follows departmental policies and procedures
•follows all safety and sanitation policies
•assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests
•perform additional duties as needed
Skillls:
•excellent communication skills
•strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
•highly responsible and reliable
•ability to work cohesively as part of a team
•can work under less or no supervision
Education and experience requirements:
•high school certification
•previous housekeeping experience in the hospitality industry
•any extra certification that relates to the job description
