Available Positions

• Position 1: Retail Branch Manager – Suva
• Position 2: Retail Branch Manager – Nausori

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily retail operations and in-store activities
• Develop and implement local sales and marketing strategies
• Oversee inventory control, stock receiving, and monthly stock takes
• Track stock movements and manage POS entries
• Ensure accurate daily sales balancing and financial reporting
• Coordinate customer orders and deliveries
• Generate weekly performance reports for the General Manager

Minimum Requirements

• Form 6 academic pass (minimum requirement)
• Relevant qualifications or experience in Sales & Marketing or Business Management
• Knowledge of furniture retail, smart home products, or LED technologies
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with inventory tracking and POS systems
• Excellent communication, reporting, and organizational skills
• Team leadership ability and strong attention to detail
