Deluxe Footwear PTE Limited, a leading footwear retail outlet in Fiji, is looking for competent individuals for the role of Retail Branch Manager based in Suva, Lautoka and Nadi.
The Person:
A leader and self-starter with a positive attitude.
Ability to delegate tasks and lead a team of 10 people.
Ability to plan and organize a retail store.
A quick learner with an excellent memory.

Train and motivate retail staff to meet daily sales targets.
Handle daily transactions, tally and banking.
Enjoy being a customer champion and resolve customer queries.
Qualifications & Experience:
Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and POS.
Excellent written and oral English.
Excellent communication skills.
Retail experience will be an advantage.
A competitive remuneration package will be offered based on market rate and experience.
