Skill and Competency Requirement
- Computer literate
- Ability to plan and organize a retail store
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Ability to meet sales targets
- Effective communicator
- Prior management experience will be an advantage
- Experience in retail and footwear will be an advantage
In-house training would be provided. Remuneration will be discussed during the interview and will be based on experience and qualification.
