Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of retail shop managers to achieve sales targets.
- Analyze sales data, monitor KPIs, and implement strategies to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
- Selling and Marketing Telecom’s products, services, and solutions to the customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing, Business Studies, ICT or Equivalent with retail experience.
- More than 3 years of experience in managing a retail shop for the telecommunications industry.
- Possess a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals.
