Key Responsibilities
- Achieve branch sales, profitability and commercial performance.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve branch performance.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience across the complete customer journey.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, visual merchandising and branding.
- Lead, coach and develop managers, supervisors and retail staff.
