Sales Admin (Suva)
This position serves as a point of contact for our sales team, customers, suppliers and product specialists with queries about potential engagements and proposals.
The ideal candidate shall be goal-oriented with an in-depth knowledge of customer service best practices and ultimately be able to contribute to high-quality customer service and help drive revenue targets.
Duties include:
- Receiving and processing sales orders online, or via phone and email
- Checking the accuracy of orders and issuing invoices, maintaining sales records, and compiling monthly sales reports.
- Verifying orders, including customers’ personal information and payment details.
- Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
- Identifying new products to add to those on offer.
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
A Clean and Valid Group 2 Driving Licence is mandatory for all the above positions.
